RAUCH was contracted by the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum to complete a Zoning Review and Site Design Report in support of their Phase III Master Plan. Our report evaluated sea level rise, flood mitigation, and stormwater management needs for the museum's campus and the Crab Claw restaurant, as well as regulatory requirements associated with critical areas law such as Environmental Site Design and nutrient load reductions.
