Project Overview
RAUCH is involved in the development of Heritage Shores, a 2,000-unit residential and golf course community in Bridgeville, Delaware. We have completed engineering design services for Phases 1, 2, 3A, and 3B. Design work included grading, storm drainage, water, sewer, stormwater management, and sediment control. We are currently designing a biochip reactor and micro bio-retention area for the fourth phase.
